An imaginative and virtuostic harp soloist and a uniquely versatile continuo player, Andrew Lawrence-King is recognized as one of Europe's leading early music artists. 1996 saw the first recording by Lawrence-King's new ensemble, The Harp Consort: Ribayaz's Luz y Norte, a 17th century collection of Spanish, Italian, South American and African dance music on the dhm label.
